Swiss Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. rice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place pork chops in large baking dish.
    Place onion, bell pepper and tomatoes on each pork chop; salt and pepper.
    Pour rice over chops; add water and the tomato juice that's left.
    Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
