Rhubarb Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
3 c. fresh rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour into a greased (bottom only) 9 x 13 pan. Put rhubarb on top of batter, then sprinkle sugar on rhubarb. Pour whipping cream (do not whip) over this. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
A custard will form on bottom. Store in the refrigerator.
