French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c milk
    3 Tbsp crisco
    4-6 slices of bread
    confectioners sugar to coat bread
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Mix in with milk and beat again.
    Dip bread into this mixture and fry both sides until brown.
    Do not burn! Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Cover with butter and maple syrup.
