Spatini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 large jar Ragu sauce
3 different kinds noodles
1 large bag Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Fry sausage; do not drain.
Put onion and pepper in saucepan with a small amount of water.
Cook; drain.
Cook noodles as directed.
In large pot, add Ragu, noodles and rest of ingredients except cheese.
Cook on simmer until hot.
Make cheese into balls. Place into sauce and noodles.
Place rest of cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
