Pineapple-Bacon Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen patty shell, thawed (6 shells)
    6 slices Canadian bacon, cut 1/4-inch thick
    Dijon-style mustard
    6 canned pineapple slices
    6 slices American or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    On floured surface, roll each thawed patty shell to a 9-inch circle.
    Spread bacon lightly with mustard.
    Top each circle with 1 bacon slice and 1 pineapple slice.
    Halve cheese slices; crisscross atop pineapple.
    Moisten edges of each patty shell. Fold two opposite sides to center, overlapping slightly.
    Then fold other 2 sides to center, pinching edges to seal.
    Prick or slit tops.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
    Makes 6.
