Mocha Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 jar raspberry jam (seedless)
    1 pkg. shredded coconut
    1 jar red cherries
    1 pkg. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix following directions for cupcakes. Fill cupcake tins halfway. Cook according to package directions and let cool 1 hour.
    Remove cupcakes from tins and spread only the sides of the cakes with raspberry jam. Sprinkle shredded coconut over jam.
