German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled
    1 onion (small), chopped
    3 slices bacon
    1 sweet pickle, chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and peel.
    Cool and slice in thin slices.
    Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Then add flour, 1/2 cup water, vinegar and sugar.
    Let thicken.
    Add salt and pepper; pour mixture over potatoes.
    Add pickles, onion and celery.
    Serve warm or cold.
