Deer Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground meat
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    5 Tbsp. Morton Quick Tender Cure
Preparation
    Mix well and let stand 3 days refrigerated in a sealed container.
    Knead every day for 5 minutes.
    Bake for 9 hours at 160\u00b0.
    Turn over at 4 1/2 hours.
    Bake on a cookie sheet.
    Drain on paper towels when through.
