Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/8 c. grated onion
Preparation
    Cook like pancakes, about 4 inches in diameter in nonstick frypan sprayed with Pam.
    Cook until golden on both sides.
    Makes 6 to 8 rounds.
