Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooked, mashed Irish potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 boxes powdered sugar, sifted
1 jar peanut butter
Preparation

Combine vanilla and potatoes.
Slowly add sugar to make stiff dough.
Take small portions and roll them out on waxed paper. Spread desired amount of peanut butter, roll in jelly roll fashion.
Cool one hour, cut into small bite size pieces.
