Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can yams
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Pour off syrup and put in baking dish.\tPat with margarine. Mix together sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon and flour.
Pour over yams.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
