Macaroni And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni (or assorted pasta (wagon wheels, spirals, bowties or small shells)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 c. milk
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
    1/4 c. onion, grated or chopped very small
    paprika
    Italian flavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a flat 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Cook the macaroni in 6 cups of boiling water until tender, but firm to the bite.
    Drain and return to pan. Stir in the butter and egg.
