Wine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 bags miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries, undrained and chopped
1 c. wine (loganberry or blackberry)
2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped with 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix marshmallows, cherries and wine overnight.
Best to do this at night and stir several times before going to bed.
Next morning, add pineapple (drained), nuts and whipping cream.
This recipe will take a large bowl to mix in.
