Pinch Pie(Low-Fat Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 large pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked kind; use skim milk)
    2 large bananas
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 pkg. fresh
    1 pt. container lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook pudding per directions on box; put aside to cool slightly.
    Pinch cake into bite size pieces.
    In large (7 x 13-inch) pan or bowl,
    make a layer of cake pieces (use 1/2 of pieces).
    On top of this, put 1/2 of the bananas and 1/2 of the strawberries.
    Cover this with 1/2 of the pudding.
    Make another layer of cake using the rest of pieces, then layer with fruit and pudding.
    Chill for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Place berries and/or bananas on top to decorate if you wish.
