Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sweet potato, cooked, peeled or in jacket
    1 small carton creamed cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place sweet potato pulp, brown sugar and butter in bowl. Mash with a potato masher.
    In another bowl add cottage cheese to beaten egg.
    Fold this mixture into the sweet potato mixture.
    Put into buttered casserole.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
