Spinach Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. spinach liquid
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing (dry)
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain well.
    Reserve liquid.
    Melt butter and add flour, cooking until smooth but not brown.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Slowly add spinach liquid and milk.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Add spinach and stir.
    Put into a 2-quart casserole dish; top with stuffing crumbs.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
