Noodles With Buttered Crumbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 oz. thin noodles (5 c.)
    2/3 c. butter
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Bring water, salt and oil to a full rolling boil over high heat.
    Put in noodles; return to a boil, covering tightly.
    Remove from heat; allow to stand for 25 minutes, or until tender, then drain.
    Add 1/3 cup butter to noodle pan and melt over low heat. Return noodles to the pan and toss lightly.
