Woodrow Wilson Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
dash of chili powder
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1 c. boiled elbow macaroni, drained
1 (No. 2) can stewed tomatoes
1 (No. 2) can pinto beans
Preparation

Brown ground meat until pink color is cooked away. Drain and add onion, chili powder, salt and pepper. Brown 1 to 2 minutes longer.
Add tomatoes, pinto beans and macaroni.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until liquid is cooked down.
Serve with cheese sprinkled on top and with corn chips on side.
