Cinnamon Rolls Or Schnecken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 yeast cake
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. seeded raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. almonds, sliced
Preparation
    Scald the milk and when lukewarm, add sugar, salt and yeast cake.
    Let stand 5 minutes and add 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat well. Cover and let rise until light.
    Add eggs (well beaten), butter and only enough more flour to knead.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Invert the spider and remove rolls.
