Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    1/2 stick butter
    1 onion (small), chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 sausage links, sliced
    1 c. tomato ketchup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in butter.
    Add mixture to rice.
    Mix well.
    Add sausage, sugar, ketchup and water to rice and mix well.
    Pour mixture into 3-quart casserole; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
