Healthy Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. reduced cholesterol eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. chopped red pepper
    1/3 c. chopped scallions (green onions)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch deep dish)
Preparation
    In a bowl combine all ingredients.
    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes; lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
