Angel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. warm water
    plus more flour to make out rolls
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water, add oil and sugar.
    Add rest of ingredients and stir well (you don't need a mixer).
    Store covered in refrigerator overnight.
    Pinch off as much as needed, add enough self-rising flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead by hand a few minutes.
    Shape into rolls or cut with biscuit cutter.
    Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Batter will keep a week, use as needed.
