Lemon Wafers(About 5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Cream 1 cup sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, lemon and vanilla extract.
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add, a little at a time, along with milk, mixing well.
    Chill for about 2 1/2 hours.
