Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    6 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over sugar, shortening and salt.
    Beat with electric mixer until shortening is melted.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Add to mixture and mix well.
    Mix in flour one cup at a time.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Use all of dough or amount wanted.
    Dough will keep in refrigerator 10 days.
    Knead well; roll out and cut into biscuits.
    Let stand in warm place at least 2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 24 rolls.
