8 Minute Light 'N Fruity Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-3 ounce package jello, any flavor
    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 cup fruit (optional) diced, drained
    2 cups ice cubes
    1-8 ounce container cool whip
    8-9 inch graham crust
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir 3 minutes.
    Add ice; stir until jello thickens (2-3 minutes).
    Remove ice cubes.
    Blend in Cool Whip with wire whip until smooth.
    Fold in fruit.
    Chill mixture until it will mound.
    Spoon into graham crust.
    Chill 3 hours.
