Tomato Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. fine cut green pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
Preparation
-
Melt cheese in pan over hot water.
Heat soup with all remaining ingredients except egg.
Add soup mixture to cheese. Add egg and mix thoroughly over hot water for 5 minutes.
Serve on toast or crackers.
Keeps for several weeks in refrigerator.
