Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
6 to 8 c. flour (more or less, at least 3 lb.)
5 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. lard
8 eggs (8 small or 6 extra-large)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour (add flour as needed before and after eggs are added), baking powder and lard.
Work with hands until crumbly.
Then add eggs, flour and vanilla; work again until hand rollable.
Shape cookies into balls, sticks and twist.
