24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, washed and drained
    1 head romaine lettuce, washed and drained
    1 bunch green onion
    3 slices bacon, fried crisp
    6 hard-boiled eggs, shredded
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Optional: Carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes and sprouts.
