All-Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 envelope spatini spaghetti sauce mix
1/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
In large shallow baking pan, shape into loaf with cheese in center, sealing edges tightly.
Bake 50 minutes or until done.
Top, if desired, with additional spatini spaghetti sauce. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
