Sweet Potatoes In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter
2 cans water
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Let come to a boil.
Boil until slightly thickened.
Cut cooked yams and place in oblong casserole.
Slice an orange and place slices on yams.
Pour orange sauce over yams. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
