Baked Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can crab meat
    2 cans shrimp
    cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Peel and boil eggplant until done.
    Fry onion and garlic until done.
    Add crab meat and shrimp.
    Drain and mash eggplant and add to other ingredients; mix well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle on cracker crumbs and butter, which have been mixed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
