Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 diced green pepper
    2 medium onions, diced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix sugar, mustard, celery seed, vinegar, salt and oil together; boil until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour hot over cabbage, pepper and onions; mix well.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Will keep a long time.
