Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook potatoes; drain, mash and beat until fluffy.
Add other ingredients; beat until smooth and fluffy.
Can add a little milk if too stiff.
Put in casserole and put in refrigerator. (Casserole can be sprayed with Pam.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Will keep for 2 weeks.
