Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 lb. ground beef, or bacon, or shrimp, or sausage, or crab
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 to 3 green onions, chopped
    dash of pepper
    any seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain, and set aside.
    Blend next 4 ingredients. Stir in meat, cheese and onion.
    Add seasonings.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
    Can be made ahead of time.
    Freeze before baking.
