Garden Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans LeSueur peas or 2 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
    sliced pimento (for color)
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix together pimento, onions, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour over peas and mix well. Refrigerate!
