Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour (1/2 wheat, 1/2 white)
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar, eggs and oil.
Add vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients.
Stir in apples.
Pour into 2 ungreased loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans or muffin pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove immediately from pans.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Then wrap in foil while warm.
Freezes well.
