Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can pink salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 large egg
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except oil.
    Make into 1/4 cup patties (about 8).
    Fry 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
