"Missouri" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can (large) tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced onion
Preparation

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire to ground beef. In a 2-quart casserole, arrange potatoes, celery, pepper and onion.
Pour meat mixture over vegetables.
Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours.
Serves 4.
