Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pop 6
    quarts
    of popcorn and set aside.
    Bring butter, brown sugar, salt and Karo syrup to a boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes;
    then
    add
    vanilla
    and
    soda.
    Pour
    over popcorn, mixing well;
    then place on cookie sheets and bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for
    1
    hour.
    Take
    out
    and
    stir at 15 minute intervals.
