Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box well-drained, chopped spinach
    2 c. mayonnaise or 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. plain yogurt
    1 to 2 bunches chopped scallions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender.
    Serve in dish or inside loaf of pumpernickel bread that has been scooped out to form hollow middle.
