Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    butter or margarine
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (4 to 6 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    chopped parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Prepare noodles as label directs.
    Drain.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Keep warm.
    Cut round steak lengthwise in half, then with knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to the cutting surface, slice across width of each half into 1/8-inch thick slices.
