Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
1 carrot
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Shred cabbage and carrot.
Sprinkle the salt; set aside for 1 hour, then rinse and squeeze dry.
