Esther'S Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped coarsely
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    salt and pepper, to taste
    water
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, drain and set aside.
    Simmer cabbage and onion in fry pan with butter or olive oil.
    Add enough water to steam fry.
    Stir hamburger and cabbage mixture together, add tomato soup.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0F for 35-40 minutes.
