Southern Style Hot Baked Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. dried pitted prunes
5 1/2 oz. dried apricots
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/3 c. slivered toasted almonds
Preparation

Place prunes, apricots and pineapple in deep 9-inch round casserole.
Combine pie filling, water and sherry.
Pour over fruit mixture, mixing well. Stir in almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
