30 Minute Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large onion chopped
    2 large celery stalks chopped
    Enough water to cover onions and celery
    2 medium red potatoes, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
    2 cans corn, one cream style, one whole
    1 24 oz. can cut tomatoes
Preparation
    In a micro- safe bowl, cover onions and celery with water and cook high for 5 minutes.
    Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook on med-low until potatoes are tender, 25 minutes.
