Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onions, salt and pepper.
    Form into balls.
    Arrange in a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and blend in tomato sauce, water and garlic powder.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake approximately 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
