Margherita'S Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Mix yeast with water.
    Allow to ripen.
    Add milk and shortening, then add sugar, salt, eggs and 1/2 of the flour.
    Mix for 2 minutes, then add balance of flour by hand.
    Smooth dough and place in greased bowl.
    Cover with cloth; place in warm place until double in size.
    Separate dough into 2 parts and roll into circle.
    Cut with sharp knife into 16 pie-shaped pieces.
    Roll each pie-shaped piece from wide end.
    Place on cookie sheet; let stand for 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes (less baking time if they are going into the freezer).
    Makes 32 rolls.
