Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spears or chopped broccoli
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
    Add cheese. Remove from heat when melted.
