Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli*
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter a 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
    Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth.
    Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Pour into dish and bake until knife inserted in center of dish comes out clean, about 1 hour.
    Serve immediately.
