6 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Parboil zucchini and onion in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain.
